A unique collaboration commissioned and curated by Boiler Room and the London Contemporary Orchestra pairs producer Darren Cunningham, aka Actress, with the LCO.
This world-first performance of the live show will be debuting Actresses new material as well as expanded arrangements of his dark and brooding electronica.
A triptych of 45 minute films were projected across the Barbican on three screens forming the backdrop to the performance. I took inspiration from the Lageos satellite as we moved through sheets of textured and degraded urban forms and abstractions of space travel.
